Digital Marketing Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled digital marketer to take our multiple client-based digital communications programs to new heights.  The search is on for an independent thinker, self-starter and analytics-based goal setter. The preferred candidate must have a passion for successful digital marketing, social media content and pay-per-click advertising.  This team player will work with our marketing, advertising team to create and implement creative advertising campaigns across multiple digital media outlets to highlight determined KPIs and drive ROI.


  • Manage strategy, development and initiation of paid campaigns, marketing and advertising
  • Continuously monitor, evaluate, pace, budget and report on current campaigns
  • Develop ad design concepts, work with our design team to build powerful ads
  • Create and Implement paid search, display, programmatic, and remarketing campaigns
  • Measure and optimize our clients’ paid advertising using Google Analytics, SEMrush, Google Data Studio and Excel
  • Suggest and institute data-based concepts, geared towards improved ad performance
  • Effectively communicate campaign performance to internal team, management and clients
  • Monitor budget and adjust bidding based on targeted ROI
  • Implement proactive campaigns to better engage followers and grow audience base
  • Record, analyze and evaluate performance data and present change recommendations
  • Remain up-to-date or ahead of the curve on all digital marketing trends


  • 2+ years of digital advertising experience in a dedicated PPC role (client or agency side)
  • Need to be excited by and consider PPC campaigns a FUN challenge
  • Passion for penning micro-copy, excellent proofreading skills and spot-on grammar usage
  • Metric-driven and results-oriented; leveraging data on a daily basis to optimize campaigns
  • Experience with A/B testing of ad copy and campaigns
  • Must have strong knowledge of and in-depth experience with ad platforms like: Google Ads (search and display), Microsoft Ads, Facebook/Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter and Geofencing
  • Display critical thinking, problem-solving skills and multi task prioritization
  • Must be organized, detail-oriented and a risk-taker!
